Customer Service is severely challenged at this stage in their existence. I can not review the product (Wyze Thermostat), due to due to damage product. Calling customer support resulted in waiting for an email response recieved 2 days later. Provided additional information and still waiting on 2nd reply 3 days additional days later.
Really would like to try the product and price point was excellent. However, at this point, likely to return.
Well I give this review because I recive a notice saying that now the going to start charging for people detecting that’s crazy why you guys want to charge a fee for something was already there when I bought the camera never said that . that’s insane I never going to buy any Canada from you guys .
I preordered the outside cam package, they shipped it, it says it arrived at USPS but I have never received it! I informed them that it was lost, expecting they would research it seeing as they chose the shipper and send me a replacement immediately! But NO, they want me to do all the leg work and refused to send me a replacement!
Inexpensive, the motion detection is prone to many false alarms and notifications . changes in the light levels on days when cloud's are moving past the sun will trigger a notification. Even when you turn it off with the app it's using the wifi almost continually. I would unplug it ,get the feeling that they are watching . If you leave it plugged in all the time and don't care if you are being watched and have good wifi you may like it. I am not impressed myself.
